The Luminar 5030 is our most versatile and portable system, offering flexible‑use operation across multiple environments. The 5030 uses our AOTF‑based NIR technology to deliver fast, non‑destructive measurements. It features an aluminum housing and can be operated hand‑held, in laboratory setups with a lab stand, or mounted with a mounting plate when stainless steel is not required. It supports diffuse reflection as well as liquid transmission when used with a probe attachment.

Built with flexibility in mind, the 5030 covers the widest range of customer applications. It is used for blending uniformity, monitoring fluid bed dryers, material identification, peanut and soybean sorting, alfalfa hay measurement, Brix measurement, and many other tasks. This broad capability makes it a strong choice for users who need one instrument that can handle multiple types of measurements.
