The Luminar 4030 is designed for continuous in‑line or at‑line analysis in demanding production environments. Operating in free‑space mode with our AOTF‑based NIR technology, the 4030 delivers rapid, non‑destructive measurements with laboratory‑grade accuracy. Its stainless‑steel enclosure and fixed‑distance mounting allow the transmitted beam to reflect from the sample for optimal analysis, ensuring consistent, reliable performance in harsh process conditions.

Designed for direct integration into a production line, the 4030 can be mounted on a blender, pipe, or over a conveyor to monitor product flow in real time. The integrated system provides exceptional signal‑to‑noise ratio and ultra‑high‑speed scanning, enabling continuous analysis for accurate process control. It supports in‑line measurement of key parameters including ash, moisture, and protein content in food, as well as applications such as blending uniformity, fluidized bed drying performance, and tobacco analysis.
