Measuring L-Proline Impurity in a L-Serine Solution Using AOTF-NIR Spectroscopy

A Brimrose AOTF-NIR Luminar spectrometer was used to scan spectral data on samples of L-serine solution, some of which contained L-proline impurity. The reference values and spectral data were used to create a calibration model. The results for the model were good and showed that the model was fitting relevant spectral information. Prediction results proved the validity of the model.
