Brimrose Solid-state AOF-NIR Blend Control Analyzers are designed for diffuse reflectance analytical measurements and control where cable or fiber-optics are not applicable. Miniature battery operated spectrometer blends and performs constant real-time measurements of blend uniformity. The results of blend uniformity can be transmitted to system computer via wireless device.

 
 
 
Dual beam, pre-aligned lamp assembly, InGaAs detectors, embedded computer, modem, ethernet interface, SNAP!TM Brimrose analytical software with Brimrose MACRO Language, 16,000 wavelengths per second, 9x5 mm sample area at 54 mm working distance from bottom of optical module miniature integrated electronics and Optical modules in same stainless steel enclosure, Battery operated or require 12 VDC, 120 Watts power to connect to Docking station.

Light indicators for battery power and controlled from internal software.
Wireless signal to indicate finishing the blend controlled from internal software.
