Brimrose Solid-state Thin Film Analyzers are designed
for non-contact, non-destructive measurements of
chemical and physical properties on wide range of sub-strates
and coatings. Applications include thickness, coating
weight measurements in static or moving modes in real
process environments or in laboratory. A novel optical
design eliminates the interference fringes.
