Distinguishing Between Emulsion and
Suspension Polyvinylchloride Powder
Using AOTF-NIR Spectroscopy
Abstract:
A Brimrose AOTF-NIR Free Space
spectrometer was used to scan
spectral data of emulsion and
suspension polyvinylchloride powder.
There were clear and discernible
spectral differences for the two
types of powder. PCA modeling
verified that the Brimrose Free
Space spectrometer can accurately
distinguish between these two types
of polyvinylchloride powder.
