in a Food Product Using AOTF-NIR

Abstract:
A Brimrose AOTF-NIR Luminar
spectrometer was used to
scan spectral data on seven
food product samples with
different fermentation
times. The spectral data and
reference values were used
to create calibration models
and prediction were
performed. The results of
the predictions were good
and can be improved by using
a larger sample set.
