Classifying Copper Paste and Copper
and Nickel Paste on a Backing Sheet
Using AOTF-NIR Spectroscopy
Abstract:
A Brimrose AOTF-NIR Free Space
spectrometer was used to scan
spectral data on samples of copper
paste and copper and nickel paste
for classification purposes.
Principle Component Analysis was
performed and a PLS 1 model was
created by assigning nominal values
to the two types of paste.
Prediction results showed that the
copper and copper and nickel pastes
can be classified based on spectral
data.
