Classification of Five Types of
Copper Paste Using AOTF-NIR Spectroscopy
Abstract:
A Brimrose AOTF-NIR Free Space
spectrometer was used to scan
spectral data on five different
types of copper paste for
classification purposes. The
spectral data was imported into the
UnscramblerTM and Principle
Component Analysis was performed.
The results showed clear separation
between the five samples and proved
that they can be classified using
spectral data acquired using the
Brimrose AOTF-NIR spectrometer.
