AOTF-NIR Quantitative Analysis of
Moisture and NaO2
in Zeolites
Abstract:
A Brimrose AOTF-NIR Luminar
spectrometer was used to scan
spectral data on zeolite samples for
the purpose of correlating spectral
data to water and sodium monoxide
concentrations. The results for the
sodium monoxide model were excellent
and showed good correlation. The
range of values for water was too
small to create an accurate model,
but past experience has shown that
the Brimrose AOTF-NIR Luminar
spectrometer can accurately
correlate moisture content to
spectral data.
