Mechanical
Designer
You will design and document mechanical and opto-mechanical
components, instruments and systems, perform product concept designs
to satisfy functional, physical and quality requirements, prepare
material/labor estimates, apply CAE techniques to design initiatives
and oversee the work of Draftspersons. Your degree in Mechanical
Engineering, or equivalent work background is complemented by five
to ten years' related design experience and in-depth knowledge of
precision opto-mechanical design, including underlying theoretical
principles and concepts.
