Coating Technician

You will be responsible for the application of high performance multi-layer thin film coatings to optical components. This includes filters for DWDM applications, lasers, and acousto-optic devices. You will maintain chambers including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Troubleshoot and help to develop new coating designs and processes. You possess secondary education with background in physics, chemistry, engineering math, or equivalent. You are willing to work various shifts including possible continuous shift. You will require good knowledge of metric system/physics/technical math and ability to read blueprints.
